• In the last few months the business has increasingly shifted from retail at the shop to wholesale in Australia and New Zealand as well as online ordering through the website. More attention needs to be paid to these sides of the business and more visits will be made to institutions, schools, customers, etc.  
• We want to keep the French culture affordable by all (although we cannot make it cheaper than in France!); therefore we have eliminated the option of having someone full time at the shop.
